Processing & Production Time

All of our items are made to order, meaning we begin production once your order is placed. Please allow 4-8 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and produced, it will be shipped via standard shipping. Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier services, but typical transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (after production)

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary based on shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During peak seasons and holidays, production and shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased demand. We recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
